Exit Quantitative Literacy Assessment Test

(Exit QLAT)

The Exit QLAT is the follow-up test to the entrance QLAT taken by students during Orientation. The Exit QLAT allows UTSA to measure students' data analysis and critical thinking skills and compare them to those entering UTSA for the first time. These results will also help determine the progress of UTSA's Quality Enhancement Plan's goals and outcomes.

This exam tests students’ ability to read and analyze data, make simple calculations, and interpret basic graphs, charts, and tables.

Results will not affect student grades, enrollment status, or graduation.

The questions are all multiple choice, and no special mathematical knowledge or a calculator is required.
Exam time is 30 minutes
